Born and raised in Southern California, Dr. Yee is a transplanted Midwesterner. She graduated from Washington University School of Dental Medicine in St. Louis in 1989, and completed a General Practice Residency at the Jerry L. Pettis Memorial Veterans Administration Hospital in Loma Linda, CA. Permanently relocating to Kansas City in 1994 after the devastating Northridge, CA earthquake was an exciting new beginning. For Dr. Yee, one of the most satisfying aspects of treating patients is transforming their lives through their smiles!
She also really enjoys personally getting to know her patients and putting them at ease.
After dating for 10+ years, Dr. Yee married her high school sweetheart. She and her amazing husband have a daughter in graduate school. Bible studies, home life, traveling, and scrapbooking keep her busy when she is out of the office.
